How to arrange an appointment:
First visits at the Hospital de Sabadell
require a referral from a primary care physician or
other facility at the hospital. |
Follow-up visits can be arranged:
- Personally at each counter.
- By phone Monday through Friday 93 723 10 10 (option 1 on the
recorded menu).
- By fax 93 716 06 46.
- By email: programacio@tauli.cat
You can also change or update appointments through
these same channels. |

Keep your personal data up to date:
Check that the information we have about you is correct.
Documentation:
You need to bring your appointment card to your
appointment, as well as your medication and diagnostic
test results if you have them.
Don't forget your DNI or passport and Targeta Sanitària Individual
(TSI) from the Catalan Health Service or your insurance
card. |
